Enjoy a boat ride for up to 6 people.   There is a fixed cost for taking the boats so the price is the same for groups less than 6. Ask your captain or mate to show you around.  The trip is yours to explore more of the area by boat, so what do you want to see?? Swimming is allowed. Get out your bikini and swim shorts!  

The cost is $225.00,  Boat ride is 1 hour, allow more time for preparing to depart. Please arrive at the designated dock 15 minutes before your ride.  Safety on the water is our first concern.

Located on the top floor of City Hall. The Surfside Historical Museum gives you a glimpse into an area known as the Cradle of Texas.  Surfside is the home of the famous Fort Velasco. The actual Fort was located near the current City Hall.  It was at this port that Stephen F Austin and his colonists first arrived in Texas in 1821.  Eleven years later, in 1832. The first battle of Texas’ war for independence was fought here.
